  • Application Screening: after receiving the application from the candidates, AVL would conduct screening the documents based upon the recruitment requirements of each position.
  • Telephone Interview: AVL's HR Department would conduct an initial interview on the phone with the candidate to have an overview regarding their profile as well as personal interest in the company's position.
  • 1st Round Interview: the first round interview would be conducted by the Head of Human Resource Department, while in the 2nd Round Interview, depending on the related applying positions, the candidate would meet with the proportionate line managers. The 3rd round interview will be with top management to have a final decision on hiring
  • Job Offer: for successful candidates passing the 3rd Round Interview, an official Job Offer would be issued. The candidate would have information regarding the date joining the company, salary and other working benefits.
